É revelada uma classe de compostos cíclico semelhantes a cumarina como inibidores da MEK e composições farmacêuticas compreendendo os compostos, e o uso dos mesmos na preparação de um medicamento para o tratamento de doenças relacionadas à MEK. Particularmente são revelados compostos como mostrado na fórmula (I) e sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos ou tautômeros dos mesmos.
