Abstract
A presente invenção se refere a um processo novo para preparar e isolar 3,4-dicloro-N-(2-cianofenil)-5-isotiazolcarboxamida (Isotianila), o qual pode ser usado como um composto ativo com propriedades microbicidas, em que a quantidade de materiais de refugo ? por exemplo, solventes e diluentes ? é significativamente reduzida e o processo satisfaz as exigências de produção em escala industrial, em particular por fornecer o produto em alto rendimento, alta pureza, isto é, quantidade mínima de subprodutos e impurezas, e pode ser executado com corrosividade tolerável em metal de escala industrial, em particular aço inoxidável, vasos ou filtros de pressão de liga de Cr-Ni-Mo ou centrífugas.
