Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a métodos e composições para a eletrodeposição de camadas de metal reativas de metal misto, combinando complexos de metais reativos com agentes de retirada de elétrons. Modificar a proporção de um complexo de metal reativo para outro e variar a densidade da corrente pode ser usado para variar a morfologia da camada de metal no substrato.
