Abstract
A presente invenção se refere ao uso de neurotrofinas no tratamento de distúrbios auditivos relacionados com a perda auditiva usando a via transtimpânica de administração, em particular no tratamento de surdez súbita, perda auditiva induzida por explosão, ototoxicidade, ARHL (perda auditiva relacionada com a idade) e dano por barulho. A invenção se refere adicionalmente ao uso de composições contendo neurotrofinas, em particular NGF, no tratamento de distúrbios auditivos.
