Abstract
A invenção refere-se a um método para fabricação de 1,4-bis(4-fenoxibenzoil)benzeno compreendendo: reagir cloreto de tereftaloíla com éter de difenila em um solvente de reação e na presença de um ácido de Lewis, de modo a obter uma mistura de produto compreendendo um complexo de 1,4-bis(4-fenoxibenzoil)benzeno-ácido de Lewis; pôr a mistura de produto em contato com uma solução aquosa, de modo a obter uma fase aquosa contendo o ácido de Lewis e uma fase orgânica contendo 1,4-bis(4-fenoxibenzoil)benzeno.
