Trata-se de um mecanismo de manobra (1), aplicável em aparelhagem de distribuição (100) que compreende pelo menos um interruptor (2) e um seccionador (3), configurado para acionar as funções de corte e/ou ligação e/ou e/ou seccionamento e/ou ligação à terra de um circuito elétrico, de modo que a abertura do interruptor (2) ocorra antes da abertura do seccionador (3) numa manobra de corte e/ou seccionamento e que o fecho do interruptor (2) ocorra antes do fecho do seccionador (3) numa manobra de ligação.
