Abstract

Trata-se de uma composição aglutinante que inclui polilisina e pelo menos um açúcar redutor ou um derivado do mesmo, sendo que a polilisina tem, em um espectro de RMN de 1H da mesma, um primeiro pico em 3,2 ppm a 3,4 ppm e um segundo pico em 3,8 ppm a 4,0 ppm, sendo que uma razão (A:B) entre uma área do primeiro pico (A) e uma área do segundo pico (B) é de 70:30 a 98:2.
