Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se às composições à base de xanthohumol, produzidas em um processo de extrusão termorreversível (HME) utilizando um ou mais polímeros termoplásticos nutricional e/ou cosmeticamente aceitáveis solúveis em água, tais como selecionados de hidroxipropilmetilcelulose (HPMC), um copolímero de vinilpirrolidona-acetato de vinila, e suas combinações. A presente invenção refere-se também às formulações tópicas e orais compreendendo tais composições à base de xanthohumol extrudadas, assim como o uso de um ou mais polímeros termoplásticos nutricional e/ou cosmeticamente aceitáveis solúveis em água em um processo de extrusão termorreversível de xanthohumol.
