Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a sistemas, dispositivos e métodos providos para oferecer tratamentos médicos de microporação para melhorar a biomecânica, em que o sistema inclui um laser para gerar um feixe de radiação laser em um eixo de tratamento não alinhado com um eixo visual do paciente, operável para uso em tratamentos médicos ablativos de subsuperfície para criar um padrão de matriz de microporos que melhora a biomecânica. O padrão de matriz de microporos é pelo menos um de um padrão radial, um padrão espiral, um padrão filotático ou um padrão assimétrico.
