Abstract
As modalidades podem incluir uma composição para administração oral de fármaco. A composição pode incluir uma substância fisiologicamente ativa, um composto carreador, um composto mucoadesivo e um intensificador de permeação. A substância fisiologicamente ativa pode ser transportada através do estômago. A substância fisiologicamente ativa pode ser estável e não degradar no ambiente de ácido gástrico agressivo. Para ajudar a proteger a substância fisiologicamente ativa, a substância fisiologicamente ativa é misturada com o carreador. O carreador pode ser um líquido insolúvel no ácido gástrico do estômago. A substância fisiologicamente ativa pode ser solúvel no carreador. O composto mucoadesivo pode ser usado para promover adsorção da substância fisiologicamente ativa no revestimento do estômago. O intensificador de permeação pode facilitar o transporte da substância fisiologicamente ativa através da parede do estômago.
