Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um método de identificação de um paciente que é provável que seja responsivo a tratamento com um inibidor de proteína arginina N-metiltransferase 5 (PRMT5) compreendendo: avaliação de uma amostra biológica do paciente quanto à presença de uma alteração de spliceossoma, em que a presença de qualquer referida alteração indica uma probabilidade mais elevada de o referido paciente ser responsivo a tratamento com o referido inibidor de PRMT5 do que na ausência de qualquer referida mutação ou alteração.
