Abstract
A invenção fornece compostos da fórmula (I): (I)em que R1 e R2 são definidos no relatório descritivo, para composições farmacêuticas compreendendo os compostos e os compostos para uso como medicamentos. Os compostos potencializam a função dos receptores de AMPA e espera-se que sejam úteis no tratamento de transtornos do sistema nervoso central, por exemplo, no tratamento de transtornos depressivos, transtornos de humor e disfunção cognitiva associados a transtornos neuropsiquiátricos tais como esquizofrenia.
