Abstract
CONJUNTO DE EIXO COM UMA ENGRENAGEM DE ANEL TENDO UMA PORÇÃO DE UMA PISTA DE MANCAL UNITARIAMENTE E INTEGRALMENTE FORMADA. Um conjunto de eixo que inclui um conjunto de alojamento, um pinhão de entrada, uma engrenagem de anel, um mancal de engrenagem de anel, e um conjunto de diferencial tendo uma caixa de diferencial. O mancal de engrenagem de anel apóia a engrenagem de anel para rotação no conjunto de alojamento assim como opera impulsos de carga entre a engrenagem de anel e o conjunto de alojamento em direções axiais opostas. O mancal de engrenagem de anel inclui uma pista de mancal externa com um primeiro membro de pista de mancal, que pode ser unitariamente e integralmente formado com a engrenagem de anel, e uma segunda pista de mancal que é recebida em uma ranhura formada na engrenagem de anel. A caixa de diferencial é acoplada com a engrenagem de anel e fixa a segunda pista à engrenagem de anel.
