Abstract

Uma cepa particular de Bifidobacterium spp. ou uma cepa particular de Lactobacillus spp. de acordo com a presente invenção é isolada de excremento humano ou repolho kimchi e, assim, é altamente segura e tem atividades fisiológicas como um efeito regulador da imunidade e um efeito inibidor da reação inflamatória. Portanto, a cepa particular de Bifidobacterium spp. ou a cepa particular de Lactobacillus spp. de acordo com a presente invenção pode ser usada como material para regular a imunidade e inibir reações inflamatórias e também pode ser usada como alimento funcional e material farmacológico útil para prevenir, aliviar ou tratar rinite, atopia e asma, que são doenças alérgicas.
