Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a sequências nucleotídicas que codificam proteínas inseticidas que apresentam atividade inibitória contra Lepidoptera, bem como novas proteínas inseticidas referidas neste documento como BCW 001, BCW 002, BCW 003, e quimeras contendo proteínas tóxicas de lagarta-rosca (BCW) e inseticida com toxina de BCW, plantas transgênicas que expressam as quimeras ou o inseticida, e métodos para detecção da presença das sequências nucleotídicas ou do inseticida em uma amostra biológica.
