SISTEMA DE LIBERAÇÃO DE FÁRMACO, MÉTODO PARA PROVIMENTO DO MESMO, PARTÍCULAS SEMELHANTES A VÍRUS (VLP), COMPOSIÇÃO E USO DO SISTEMA DE LIBERAÇÃO DE FÁRMACO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para provimento de um sistema de liberação de fármaco, em particular para cruzar a barreira de sangue no cérebro (BBB), compreendendo uma partícula semelhante a vírus (VLP) derivada de vírus John Cunningham (JCV), um sistema de liberação de fármaco e VLP obtenível através do dito método. O método compreende as etapas de desmontagem de VLP em pentâmeros e remontagem em VLP.
