Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de conchagem (10) com: um recipiente (22), o qual forma um espaço de recepção (24); uma árvore (16) recebida no recipiente (22), pelo menos em alguns trechos, a qual está configurada para girar em torno de seu eixo longitudinal (L); e pelo menos uma ferramenta de conchagem (38), a qual está acoplada à árvore (16) para rotação em comum, de modo que a ferramenta de conchagem (38) se movimenta em um primeiro sentido circunferencial (U1) ao longo de uma trajetória circunferencial (58) em uma operação de conchagem do dispositivo de conchagem (10). Nesse caso a ferramenta de conchagem (38) compreende uma face ativa (52) voltada para a parede interna do recipiente (22), a qual está configurada de tal modo, que uma fenda radial (S) entre a parede interna de recipiente e a face ativa (52) diminui, pelo menos em alguns trechos, observada contra o primeiro sentido circunferencial (U1).
