Abstract
"INSTALAÇÃO E MÉTODO PARA ENCAPSULAMENTO INDUSTRIAL DE SUBSTÂNCIAS TERMOLÁBEIS" refere-se a uma instalação para a secagem e/ou encapsulamento industrial de substâncias termolábeis compreendendo pelo menos uma unidade de injeção (1) aonde é introduzida a substância termolábil, um material de encapsulamento quando a instalação é utilizada para o encapsulamento de um solvente, aditivos e um fluxo de gás para injeção para obtenção de gotículas advindas da substância termolábil. Compreende ainda uma unidade de secagem (2) através da qual as gotículas e um gás de secagem são introduzidos para a evaporação do solvente e compreende uma unidade de coleta (3) configurada para separar as microcápsulas geradas a partir do gás de secagem a qual é selecionada a partir de um coletor de filtro de cartucho, um coletor ciclônico ou uma combinação dos dois. Descreve também um método para encapsulamento industrial de substâncias termolábeis que é conduzido fora da instalação proposta.
