Abstract
Um variegador e um processo para usá-lo. O variegador permite que o fabricante obtenha padrões desejáveis de distribuição de calda e pedaços em confeitos congelados enquanto ao mesmo tempo permite tempos mais velozes de limpeza no local para minimizar o tempo de inatividade da fábrica. O variegador compreende a) um ou mais conduites, cada um adequado para alimentar um confeito congelado base a uma primeira abertura ou conjunto de aberturas em uma câmara, b) um ou mais conduites adequados para alimentar um material variegado fluido tal como uma calda através de uma segunda abertura ou conjunto de aberturas a um nível abaixo do primeiro conjunto dentro da câmara abaixo da abertura de confeito congelado base, e c) um misturador estático abaixo da abertura de material variegado, o misturador estático compreendendo pelo menos dois defletores.
