Abstract
A presente invenção revela métodos de tratamento de desordens hiperproliferativas, tais como câncer, métodos de detenção do ciclo celular em células cancerosas, métodos de inibição da síntese de glutationa nas células cancerosas, e compostos associados para uso e utiliza em medicamentos. Em certas formas de realização, os métodos, utilizações e compostos são fornecidos com referência aos compostos de fórmula estrutural (I), caracterizado pelo fato de que X 1, X 2, Z 1, Z 2, o sistema de anel representado por "um", R 1, G 1, G 2, Q, G 3, R 3, L 4, R 4, G 5, e R 5 s como aqui descrito. Em certas concretizações, os compostos aqui descritos são especialmente ativos contra câncer que têm um mutante KRAS gene.
