A presente invenção refere-se a um anticorpo que se liga especificamente a uma proteína de fator supra-regulado em adenocarcinoma pancreático (PAUF) e ao uso deste.O anticorpo da presente invenção se liga a uma proteína de PAUF com especificidade e afinidade altas e desse modo inibe a proliferação, migração, invasão e crescimento in vivo e assim o anticorpo da presente invenção pode ser eficazmente usado no campo de diagnose e tratamento de doenças tais como câncer em que proteínas de PAUF são super-expressadas.
