A composição de revestimento de semente pode ser formada combinando-se uma composição aquosa pré-mesclada que contém um aglutinante polimérico com uma pré-mescla em pó que contém uma carga e um material fibroso. O aglutinante polimérico contém, de preferência, polivinilpirrolidona, a carga contém, de preferência, talco e o material fibroso contém, de preferência, fibras de celulose.
