Abstract
Trata-se de composições de ácido peroxifórmico para tratamento e remoção de crescimento de biofilme e depósitos minerais em membranas para aplicações de serviços de energia. Em particular, as composições de ácido peroxifórmico são geradas in situ ou no local para a redução e prevenção de biofilmes e a mitigação do acúmulo mineral nas membranas. As composições de acordo com a invenção são compatíveis com as membranas sob aplicação de condições de uso.
