Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a RNAs de fita dupla modificados quimicamente pós-transcricionalmente (MdsRNAs) com mais de 30 pares de bases. Os MdsRNAs inibem a expressão genética em organismos alvo. Também são descritos métodos de fabricação e uso de MdsRNAs.
