Abstract
A invenção diz respeito a um método para têmpera por ar de um corpo de vidro oco (2) alongado ao longo de um eixo principal e compreendendo uma parede com uma superfície externa (10) e uma superfície interna (12) formada por um furo se estendendo verticalmente ao longo do eixo principal; dito método usa bocais (22, 28) de jato de ar direcionados às superfícies e é caracterizado por simultaneamente expelir jatos de ar através de bocais (22) externos distribuídos sobre a superfície externa (10) e também, acima do furo axial, expele um jato interno de ar definindo, em um plano transversal, um anel com um centro oco (68).
