Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição para melhorar a sensação bucal de bebidas, que compreende: um beta-glucano hidrolisado caracterizado por ter um peso molecular médio (Mw) de cerca de 50.000 a 350.000 e um arabinoxilano hidrolisado caracterizado por ter um peso molecular médio (Mw) de cerca de 50.000 a cerca de 350.000. São apresentados, também, métodos para melhorar a sensação bucal de um produto de bebida, mediante a adição ao mesmo de uma composição da revelação.
