Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a uma máscara nasal que possui colher de exalação fixa adjacente a uma porção inferior da máscara, adaptada para se sobrepor um rebordo superior de um paciente quando a máscara for usada. A máscara inclui portas para o fluxo de amostragem de CO2 expelido a partir da boca e nariz do paciente para a extremidade de porta de corrente de C02, e uma resistência de fluxo à base de pressão para equilibrar o fluxo de CO2 expelido a partir da boca e do nariz do paciente.
