Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de acionamento com contato superficial total. O sistema de acionamento tende a maximizar o modelo ou área de contato superficial nos valores do torque de reação (acionamento) da broca com o recesso, desse modo, tendendo a minimizar as tensões de contato superficial da broca com o recesso, o dano ao revestimento, o alargamento do recesso e a falha de fadiga prematura da broca. O sistema de acionamento compreende um fixador e/ou uma broca tendo superfícies de acionamento formadas de evolutas poligonais ou de uma construção de arco único. Uma furadora é também proporcionada para formar um recesso no fixador ou na broca, onde a furadora tem uma superfície correspondente.
