Abstract
Trata-se de um sistema de propulsão acoplado a um veículo. O sistema inclui uma estrutura difusora e uma porção de conduto configurada para introduzir na estrutura difusora através de uma passagem um fluido primário produzido pelo veículo. A passagem é definida por uma parede, e a estrutura difusora compreende uma extremidade terminal configurada para fornecer egresso do sistema para o fluido primário introduzido. Um elemento restritivo é disposto adjacente à parede. Um aparelho de atuação é acoplado ao elemento restritivo e é configurado para incitar o elemento restritivo em direção à parede, reduzindo, por meio disso, a área em seção transversal da passagem.
