Abstract
Em aspectos, um equipamento de usuário pode ser configurado para determinar uma banda de frequências pré-configurada que é menor do que uma largura de banda de sistema disponível. O UE pode ser adicionalmente configurado para executar um procedimento de acesso inicial com uma estação base utilizando a banda de frequências pré-configurada. O procedimento de acesso inicial pode incluir um procedimento de canal de acesso aleatório (RACH).
