Lenços não tecidos absorventes tendo resistência e sensação ao toque melhoradas compreendendo uma mistura não homogênea de fibras meltblown poliméricas de pequeno diâmetro e fibras descontínuas absorventes com superfícies externas ricas em fibras meltblown e regiões internas ricas em fibras descontínuas e em que uma quantidade menor de fibras descontínuas também se projetam através das regiões ricas em fibras meltblown. Também são fornecidos lenços umedecidos e dispensers para conter os mesmos.
