Abstract
A presente invenção se refere a dispositivos intravaginais, sistemas que incluem os dispositivos e métodos de uso dos dispositivos para treinar um indivíduo no desempenho de exercícios (por exemplo, elevações do pavimento pélvico (PFLs) e relaxamentos do pavimento pélvico (PFRs)) que fortalecem os músculos do pavimento pélvico do indivíduo a fim de tratar ou prevenir distúrbios do pavimento pélvico (por exemplo, prolapso e incontinência do órgão pélvico) e seus sintomas complementares.
