Abstract
A presente invenção compreende anticorpos monoclonais humanos que se ligam ao GITR (também conhecido como receptor do fator de necrose de tumor induzido por glicocorticoide). A ligação do anticorpo da presente invenção ao GITR inibe a ligação de seu ligante, GITR-L e pode ser utilizada para tratar câncer.
