As presentes formas de realização referem-se ao evento de elite NS-B50027-4, sementes e óleos obtidos de NS-B50027-4, progênie derivada de NS-B50027-4, as características genéticas e fenotípicas de NS B50027-4, e composições e métodos para a identificação do evento de elite NS-B50027-4. Em particular, NS-B50027-4 é uma linha de canola transgênica capaz de produzir pelo menos 5% de DHA em seu óleo de semente.
