Abstract
A invenção refere-se a um método de vascularização de um agregado celular em um dispositivo microfluídico, dispositivos de cultura celular microfluídicos compreendendo redes vasculares perfundíveis e kits e ensaios usando os dispositivos de cultura celular microfluídicos. Os dispositivos microfluídicos compreendem uma ou mais barreiras de pressão capilar permitindo a formação de um gel de matriz extracelular dentro de uma área confinada da rede, na qual as células podem ser cultivadas para diferentes usos.
