Abstract
Trata-se de suspensões que contêm probiótico estável que compreendem pelo menos um óleo comestível, pelo menos uma cera comestível ou agente de espessamento por cisalhamento comestível e pelo menos um pó de probiótico. As suspensões melhoradas têm uma deposição visível do pó de probiótico significativamente reduzida ao mesmo tempo que mantêm níveis aceitáveis de atividade da água e uma viscosidade de fácil utilização.
