Abstract
Trata-se de um método para produzir uma espuma de poliuretano semirrígida de baixa densidade de célula aberta adequada para uso geral como um material de isolamento térmico e/ou aplicações acústicas. O método compreende produzir uma espuma de poliuretano semirrígida de célula aberta retardadora de chama que tem uma densidade geral de 5 a 30 kg/m2 por meio da reação de (a) um poli-isocianato e (b) um poliol que tem um peso molecular de 100 a 10.000, na presença de (c) bis(bis(2-cloroetil)fosfato de 2,2-bis(clorometil)-trimetileno, (d) agente de expansão e (e) componentes adicionais opcionais.
