Abstract
São revelados composições gelatinosas que contêm ácido beta-hidróxi-isovalérico estável na armazenagem e métodos para fabricar tais composições. Em certos aspectos, as composições reveladas compreendem um invólucro de cápsula à base de planta e uma formulação líquida que compreende ácido beta-hidróxi-isovalérico e pelo menos um excipiente, em que a cápsula gelatinosa é estável na armazenagem. Em certos aspectos, o excipiente é selecionado dentre sal de colina, betaína, fosfatidilcolina, alfa-glicerofosfocolina, carnitina, adenosina 5?-trifosfato, ou uma combinação dos mesmos.
