Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de materiais compostos para mancal deslizante (30), no qual uma fusão de metal antifricção (14) é vazada sobre um material de fita (6) de um aço e o material composto (25) de material de fita (6) e metal antifricção (14) é subsequentemente submetido a um tratamento térmico. Depois do vazamento do metal antifricção (14), o material composto (25) é resfriado bruscamente e depois é anexado um processo de têmpera. A invenção refere-se, ainda, a um material composto para um mancal deslizante (30), que apresenta uma camada de suporte (30), que apresenta uma camada de suporte (32) de aço e uma camada de metal antifricção (34), de uma liga de cobre vazada, sendo que a camada de metal antifricção apresenta uma microestrutura dentrítica.
