Abstract
Trata-se de métodos e aparelho para a aplicação reproduzível, consistente e eficaz de um agente terapêutico a um indivíduo. A presente revelação compreende um aparelho para a administração controlada do agente terapêutico através de um orifício ao indivíduo, uma pluralidade de eletrodos penetrantes disposta com uma relação espacial predeterminada em relação ao orifício, e um gerador de sinal elétrico conectado de modo operacional aos eletrodos.
