Abstract
As modalidades reveladas referem-se a uma técnica para a detecção de infecção por Huanglongbing (HLB) em uma planta cítrica. Esta técnica envolve, primeiramente, coletar uma ou mais amostras de compostos orgânicos voltáveis (VOCs) gerados a partir da planta cítrica. Em seguida, um sistema mede os VOCs nas amostras coletadas para determinar um perfil de VOC da planta cítrica, em que o perfil de VOC compreende valores medidos para um conjunto de VOCs que compreendem biomarcadores específicos para a doença para infecção por HLB. Por fim, o sistema determina um estado de infecção por HLB da planta cítrica analisando o perfil de VOC.
