Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de mazindol com liberação modificada e seu uso no tratamento de transtornos do déficit de atenção (TDA) ou transtorno do déficit de atenção/hiperatividade (TDAH) ou déficit relacionado ao estado de alerta (ou seja, sonolência incontrolável) ou diminuição da vigilância (ou seja, sonolência diurna) ou sonolência diurna excessiva (p. ex., narcolepsia, hipersonia idiopática) especialmente em crianças, adolescentes e em adultos.
