Abstract

A invenção refere-se a óleos estabilizados que incluem um óleo de canola incluindo EPA e/ou DHA e uma composição antioxidante solúvel em óleo compreendendo extrato de alecrim e pelo menos um dentre extrato de chá verde, lecitina e sesamol. Os óleos estabilizados podem ter um Índice de Estabilidade Oxidativa ("OSI") a 110 °C de pelo menos 5 horas.
