Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo que compreende um condutor externo (7) e um condutor interno (9) arranjados de modo mais ou menos coaxiais um com o outro. O condutor externo circunda o condutor interno. O condutor externo (7) e o condutor interno (9) são arranjados e configurados para gerar um campo eletromagnético com as linhas de força que se estendem a partir de uma superfície anterior (9A) do condutor interno (9) até uma superfície anterior (7C) do condutor externo (7). O dispositivo também compreende uma janela de aplicação de energia (13) arranjada na frente do condutor externo e do condutor interno.
