A presente invenção refere-se as composições compreendendo grafite hidrogenada e desidrogenada compreendendo uma pluralidade de flocos. Pelo menos um floco em dez tem um tamanho maior do que dez micrômetros quadrados. Por exemplo, os flocos podem ter uma espessura média de 10 camadas de átomos ou menos.
