Abstract
É descrito um método de preparação de um concentrado proteico e composições do concentrado proteico. O método refere-se à combinação de um fluxo do processo aquoso proveniente de um processo de moagem de grãos com um material de semente oleaginosa para formar uma pasta, macerando a pasta e isolando um concentrado proteico da pasta. Em uma modalidade, o fluxo do processo aquoso compreende uma proteína solúvel. Em algumas modalidades, o método inclui etapas adicionais, tais como tratamento enzimático, lavagem do concentrado proteico isolado e secagem do concentrado proteico.
