Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a construtos de anticorpos biespecíficos de uma modalidade Fc específica caracterizada por compreender um primeiro domínio que se liga ao PSMA, um segundo domínio que se liga a um epítopo extracelular da cadeia humana e da cadeia de Macaca CD3e, e um terceiro domínio, que é a modalidade Fc específica. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a um polinucleotídeo que codifica o construto de anticorpo, um vetor compreendendo este polinucleotídeo, células hospedeiras expressando o construto e uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo os mesmos.
