Abstract
É aqui fornecida uma composição de revestimento elastomérica contendo (a) pelo menos um polímero eficaz na polimerização de condensação carregando dois ou mais átomos de silício; (b) um agente de umectação superficial, (c) um enchedor; (d) um catalisador de condensação; e, (e) opcionalmente, um ou mais agentes de reticulação. Também são fornecidos revestimentos arquiteturais incluindo os mesmos, assim como revestimentos anti-sujeira, e/ou anti-mancha, e/ou anti-incrustação de camada única incluindo os mesmos.
