Abstract
Trata-se de um método para produzir 3-hidroxipropionamida polimérica (amida 3HP), sendo que o método compreende: cultivar uma bactéria Acetobacter lovaniensis em um meio de crescimento que contém fosfato e amônio, sendo que o cultivo da bactéria produz amida 3HP polimérica. Em seguida, a amida 3HP polimérica pode ser hidrolisada em amida 3HP ou convertida em outros compostos de interesse.
