Abstract
Novas ureias assimétricas de benzenosulfonila são aqui reveladas, correspondendo às fórmulas gerais (I) a (IV) e aos sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis das mesmas, cuja estrutura e substituintes são detalhados no relatório descritivo. Procedimentos para a síntese destes compostos são revelados. Os compostos são ativos nos receptores de grelina, em particular eles têm atividade agonista inversa; tais compostos são úteis na prevenção e/ou tratamento de doenças mediadas patofisiologicamente pelo receptor de grelina, como por exemplo, obesidade, diabetes e uso excessivo de substâncias. São também reveladas composições farmacêuticas compreendendo um composto como aqui definido e um excipiente ou veículo farmaceuticamente aceitável.
